    Joe Perez does amazing work as does his crew. From start to finish he understood my vision and built that vision. I look forward to another project just so we can have Joe Perez and team create magic for us again. Passed every inspection and took care of everything so we didn't have to. Thank you Joe!

    Beware of this contractor. He’s only interested in getting your money to fix the problems he created for the jobs before you. He put flooring in without any underlayment and all the planks started separating and buckling and we had to pay someone else to remove all the flooring he installed like a total rookie and reinstall. The tile job was even worse. Tiles falling off the shower wall not even 2 months. Don’t bother complaining because he’ll tell you it’s your fault and you owe him money. Total con.
