    My experience with Jason Patton was INCREDIBLE! We had him and his team do a full house renovation and he was very communicative about every step of the construction to the finish product. He kept his word from beginning to end, was very straightforward about costs and kept them to a minimum and delivered on time! I am very pleased and plan on telling all of my friends to use him and his company. YOU SHOULD TOO!

    I use JPS for my rehabs in Philadelphia, never had an issue with them. Jason has done a few full rehab projects, as well as some minor work in my rentals. Finish work is beautiful, they dont upcharge unless things are added to the scope. We have a long standing relationship with this company, and would recommend them to anyone needing Reno work done.

    My experience with Jason Patton ( JPS General Contracting ) was terrible!! Our agreement was there will be 4 draws of payment - He made about 6 -6 payments.
    His contract was to finish in 1 week the 1st floor ( took him 1 month), and he started the 2nd floor 2 days after the 1st floor ( his contract was 4-6 weeks), took him 16 weeks ( 4x longer) and most frustrating part of that, he left the project unfinished!! toilet was like a see-saw and when I complaint, he put a wood shim??? ; there's a lot of missing lots of tile grout, kitchen cabinet drawers not working properly, they permanently close the access to the water valve, stairwell left incomplete painting, entire painting was so thin that you will see the old paint, they left the house uncleaned with so much crap! my bathroom is leaking due to improper termination of tiles and shower platform, installed bathroom sink light too low that you cannot put a cupboard or mirror, all the doors he re-installed are now detached due to poor door hinge installation and the worst, worst , worst part of the entire process - 90% OF THE TIME, HE DOESN'T TAKE YOUR CALL AND YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT TWO WEEKS AVERAGE - I should have listen to my guts when it 1st happen before he started the work (took him more than 1 week to respond).

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. IF YOU STILL WANT THEM, HAVE JPS issue an insurance policy where you are listed as insure party and have him issue a performance bond so you have recourse when he ran - I wish i had listened and do what I normally do for my daily work.

    As a consolation, I give him 1-star because even though he ran and didn't finish his contractual obligations including punchlists at 2nd Floor, the place was livable and that matters to us most as we almost got kicked-out from our apartment due to our extended stay for 2 months ( we said we're leaving Feb, we move-out May) due to the delay of Jason's work.

    Build retaining wall with pavers and fence. I hire jps 2017

    My experience with this contractor was the worst. This contractor Jason Patton never completed the job.He took my money and never came back to finish the job, he also stop taking my phone calls and wouldn’t respond to any of my messages. He’s a liar and takes advantage of seniors. UPS was hired to build a retaining wall with pavers for patio and add a fence. Jps left the job unfinished by leaving my front yard with nothing but dirt no wall or pavers or fence.

    My experience with JPS General Contracting was GREAT! The work they do is phenomenal! This company remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms, and siding in my home. I could not be more satisfied with their work! I will use them over and over!
