    DON'T recommend; unless you love to fight, argue, feel belittled, and have a lawyer on hand. (which we intend on using.)
    I've been asked by friends and family who I recommend to build their dream homes. I'll say Delton and Lucinda are NOT the people you want to do this for you. These home builders have ZERO clue what is going on during the build process. Their FOREMAN, whom is supposed to know what is going on throughout the process, is NO where to be found 1/2 of the time.
    When you pay someone for a service, you expect them to do it the first time ZERO questions and ZERO hassles.
    We have been VERY patient with this process (was quoted 6 months, it's been almost a year) however, there are corners cut on the most ridiculous areas.
    We have resolved many issues, however when it costs the builder time and money, they will FIGHT and FIGHT you on trying to get a resolution despite the problem being that these "home builders" can't maintain a level of customer care required by a home builder in this price range.
    Delton will try to belittle you and your ideas, make promises he can not keep, and can not stand to be WRONG.
    When asking why they do certain things a certain way, Delton will let you know and understand why, GREAT. But the moment you find errors in his processes and want these errors resolved, he will try and get the CUSTOMER to pay for HIS FAILURES. (WTF right?) ANY manufacture in the world will simply rectify this NO question asked.
    I have tried to be as understanding as possible throughout the home building process. There will be things missed, wrong, etc. However, we have had to document and check the progress of our home every other day since we broke ground.

    TLDR;
    The Deals have given us heartache trying to get our home built. The home is sound overall, however Delton can not meet the standards he sets for himself and tries to push his failures onto the customer in hopes that the customer will not notice, or care.
