The owner of General Magnesite, John Mitroff doesn’t return phone calls or respond to emails. I’m not the only person giving him a review for this disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
General Magnesite did work on my patio many years ago and the slope wasn’t properly done. I finally decided to get this taken care of and rehire them. Mitroff came out and told me that the patio level needed to be raised 2-3 inches. I had several questions about that. Months later, after NOT responding to my calls for weeks and weeks, he emailed the property management company. He “apologized” for taking SO LONG to get back to THEM and complained that I was difficult! Because I asked some questions about raising the patio level? I recommend you do NOT hire General Magnesite. -

Several months ago General Magnesite was referred to me by another company. When I called the number on this website, the man who answered said that he was in the middle of a job and would call me back in a little while". No call came that day. I called a couple of days later, similar answer. I called once more, left a message on a cell phone. To this day, no response. What a rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional way of conducting business. I lost three weeks waiting for this company to call back. My time is valuable too! I would not recommend doing business with General Magnesite.
