  I called Mike who came out to my house the same day due to a clogged septic issue (it had backed up in to my shower). He diagnosed the problem, had to take off the commode and unclogged this very stubborn clog and did it in a matter of less than an hour! Everything flowed very smoothly after that. He found what the root cause was and offered me advice on how to avoid that from happening again. I can always count on Mike. He knows that if it is an emergency that he always comes asap. It’s so nice to know that I can count on him! Also, as a customer, I have to be aware that thankfully he extends the same courtesy to his other clients. If I don’t have an emergency, I don’t mind if he is late- I’ll tell you why- he is not late often, but when he has been it has been to help someone else the same way I needed his help when my toilet overflowed in to my home. I am more than willing to wait on him because I know he cares. He always has kept me informed when he would be late, but has always come asap when it has been an emergency! So, if someone ever complains about someone being later than usual, remember…. Someone like Mike is helping someone who is in desperate need- as I was. (A good Dr office is the same way).

  This company deals with choice home warranty. Mike showed up to our house, looked at the drain and said no snake will not unclog the drain. He advised that he was going to suggest to choice home warranty that he possibly may need to jet the drain in order to unclog it. In addition, he advised that we would need to put up plastic around walls of garage as debris would possibly come out of the pipes--total waste of money and time as it wasn't needed. First, he bluntly lied to choice home warranty as he told them he attempted to snake the line which was a lie as he never took any tools out of his truck. Then when we asked him what he conveyed to choice home warranty he gave us a different story and blamed choice home warranty for confusing us with another client. Long story short, our claim was denied as choice home warranty assumed that Mike tried to snake the line which we in turn advised choice home warranty that the line was NEVER snaked. In fact Mike got the 75.00 service call fee for coming out to do NOTHING....wonder how many other customers he is doing this too. I have now appealed my claim with choice home and will advise them NOT to utilize this guys services as he doesn't even show up when he tells you he is coming. Stay away as he obviously doesn't want to work...just wants to rip people off. He really deserves ZERO stars.
