Very happy with Generation 3 Electric - quickly responded, professional, updated via phone/email, more than fair pricing. Plan to use again soon for light fixture installation.

Excellent company from the office staff to to the electricians and their finished work. On time, considerate and very knowledgable all around. They rewired my entire house as well as installing new fixtures in every room. I now feel that I live in a completely safe house, even though it is nearly 100 years old. I strongly recommend Gen 3. You will not be sorry!

The technician was very good and there was a fair price. They did everything that they were supposed to do. He was friendly and he explained everything.

I called Generation 3 to fix a doorbell that stopped working. They sent James the very next day, and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. He was able to quickly replace the old chime with a new one from their warehouse that almost exactly matched the old one. James was very friendly and took all the trash (old chime and packaging for the new one) with him when he left.

This was my third time using this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Called Generation 3 Electric due to an emergency situation. This is my first time using this company. Spoke with Cindy who was very sympathetic and helpful - she had someone at my place in less than an hour and a half to review the situation. Their technician, James, came back a second time to do a more thorough analysis of the problem and we identified a number of issues that needed to be resolved. I ended up hiring them to install a new electrical panel and new breakers within my condo. Corey and Stephen did an excellent job and were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough - as has everyone I've dealt with at Gen3. I have another wiring project that I intend to hire them for and would definitely recommend them to clients and friends.

I lost 1/2 the power in my house sometime in the evening. I had an appointment that I could not miss in the morning and was unable to call anyone. After my appointment, around 10:30 AM, I called Gen3 and they said that they would be able to send someone out and they would call me as soon as they knew when. I was called around 1 PM promising me a tech would arrive in 30 minutes. At 1:35 the technician (I think his name was Mark, he was great) arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was quoted a price that was very reasonable and the problem was fixed and he was on his way by 2:30 PM. Gen3 came recommended to me and now I can happily recommend them to anyone reading this.

The first electrician that came over was Gordan. We discussed what I wanted to be done and he offered me a variety of options. He also made some suggestions for other things I might want to have done. Gordan was friendly, professional, and above all, he listened to me and wasn't pushy. Brian came out today to do the work. Unfortunately, my house was too old for the arcs and the original work I wanted to be done, could not be completed the way they thought. This was due to the remodeled kitchen glitches. Brian could have done it, but it would not have looked good. So he suggested just moving the appliance from one receptacle to another. He replaced 7 house receptacles. Like Gordan, Brian was friendly, knowledge, professional, he listened to me and was not pushy. Gen 3 is now who I will use for electrical issues. They even have discount coupons. Having not used an electrician in years, I can't comment on price. I will say that I got my money's worth because the quality of work was excellent.

James was professional, thorough, and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. You can tell by their service why this company is so successful.

Everyone was great! Setting up the appointment was very easy and the office staff is very responsive and friendly via phone and email. The electricians who came out were very kind and knowledgeable. I had some small work done to add a GFCI and significant other problems were found. Instead of just insisting that we do all the work immediately, Bill came out and did an inspection of the system and discussed in depth with me what would be the options for repair and how it could be phased. I was able to choose the scope of work that I could afford and that made me comfortable, and was even more comforted that when the next round of work is needed, I have a plan, a price, and a great company to call!
