Mike, the technician assigned to our work request seemed to care more about completing his "long list of calls today" and how unimportant our call was. He was belittling in how he was treating my wife and me regarding checking up on our furnaces. He advised that he would not check on our second furnace due to insufficient space to place his ladder. Historically, we have had other contractors who needed attic access as well, and never had a problem with attic access, even with a wider ladder than this Generations HVAC technician.
Not only was the entire appointment time taken less than 20 minutes, he was also late. The original window was slated for 10 am - 2 pm. No updates were received by 1:50 pm, I had to reach out and call Generations for an update, upon which they said he will be arriving at 2:30. I then get a text message at 2:42 pm that he will be arriving in 30 mins, upon which he was still late and arrived at 3:40 pm.
When he was filling out paperwork, he did not leave us a copy of the work order, he asked us to take a photo of it for our records, with no option to send us a copy. In reviewing the actual work order, it looked like a reused work order as all of the contact details, and date of service had whiteout on them.
All of these things pointed to a company that is focusing on the number of jobs without quality or care for their customers. I would avoid this particular technician and this company since they allow this kind of experience for their customers.

We have a home warranty they suggested we use generations heating and air. Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they could get out to our home within a week. They came out said the drain was plugged, unplugged the drain closed everything back up. We came home 5 hrs later And we had water Pouring out of our ceiling. We had a 15 foot puddle on our hard wood floors. We tried calling them and no returned calls finally hours later they called back and told us they didn’t know when they could get back out the next morning! We contacted another company they came out they said oh they didn’t put the pan back correctly under the air conditioner and it caused the water to just pour out on the ceding in the attic. They put the pan back correctly and said we shouldn’t have anymore issues. However we’ve had to have our insurance company come out had to get dryers and fans in there they removed the hard wood floors. It’s a mess. WATCH OUT! I will never call them

Called to complain and they, Jasmine who said she was the manager, said it was my fault and they would not remedy the situation. Then hung up on me. I recommend that you not use this company....
