Generator Industries installed a Generac Generator for me. I thought that they did a good job until I actually needed the generator. It stopped working during Hurricane Nicholas. I called them, and they promised to send a technician to get it working again. To this date 9/17/21, they have not sent anyone to get my generator working again. I am a senior citizen 84 years old.
