If I could post a negative star rating, I would. This man(owner, but not licensed in the state of NC even!), is obnoxious, expects the customer to "finish doing the rest"(the rest being a cast iron pipe he had simply busted a hole in the top of and a heaping pile of wet mud/clay). His poor helper who did all the work had to dig an extensive trench to a septic tank in my back yard and follow it to some unknown point. The whole time, this man is standing there berating him about how and where to dig; cussing and calling names the whole while. He has not only taken his time getting here at his own convenience once but more than 3 times. If he did a job correctly the first time, maybe he wouldn't have to continue to be a thorn in my side. Maybe that is his modus, keep something messed up so he can come back and charge more. Everything he did was "rigged" or not completed. The man is not only unpleasant to be around, but also a cheapskate, unreliable, and way past his prime. Save your money and nerves. Call somebody else or just start digging and knocking holes in pipes!
