I came across a house at 1031 Aguilera Court that was in the process of being built and met with Victor Gallegos who was the owner of Genesis. Turns out he was working on it and the buyers financing fell thru and after securing a loan, he worked with me continually. I got to pick my carpets, counter tops, grout color and appliances. His house as did the other 3 on the block stood out with no staining outside, great flow plan and top quality. He is a true professional. Years later I had to sell my home and had some shingles fall off due to high winds. 3 contractors via phone (I had left) told me I needed a new roof. A call to Victor and he fixed the few areas and said one of those abnormal storms. He was honest and if I ever move back, he would be my builder or contractor.
