They installed a water heater that leaked after 3 years and replaced it with another new one with a broken control valve and will not honor their warranty. I discovered it broken when I attempted to set the temperature a few weeks after they installed because the water was not hot and they had set it to the "b" setting. I noticed then the temperature dial was loose and the lettering on it was smudged. They are now claiming I somehow vandalized it for no reason after spending over $1000.00 to get it installed or that another plumber did it. Just unreal experience and nightmare. I will probably have to buy one and install it myself because I cannot afford to have one reinstalled and I can't install the broken part on the new heater because I am not a plumber. I was not surprised after seeing several bad reviews on the BBB site.
