We had a rather large deck (approx 1250 sq ft) that was 35+ years old and full of brown rot. We had demo'd about 1000 sq ft of the deck and asked Genesis Group to replace it the deck, a staircase to the second story, and add a pergola. They completed the work in the fall of 2015. We were so happy with the work we asked them to demo and replace the remaining 250 sq ft. This was completed in January 2016.
Overall they are one of the most professional contractors we have used. Every crew member they brought to the site was courteous, well-trained, and respectful of our property. The job site was kept clean and organized and they fully adhered to our HOA requirements.
The work is superb. We live in a rocky area on the westside of Colorado Springs and each time we ran into a burp in getting the caissons for the foundation in they took the necessary action to resolve the problem making certain to meet the building code without incurring additional cost. The final deck looks great and we enjoy using it.
We have one other large project planned for the future and we will not hesitate to use Genesis Group LLC again.

Genesis Group did a good job, I like how everything came out. I have some pavers that need to be fixed and contacted them last fall and it still has not been fixed so I am a bit disappointed in the follow up. Over all good work, a bit on the pricey side, they were professional and on time.
