I met with Adam Carter a few weeks ago to get a bid on pavers and a fire pit . At first, I found him to be very professional and was so impressed that he was able to give me a bid on the spot . He came in at 9,100 dollars. I called him a few days later to let him know that we had decided to go with his company and he said he would get back to me with a start date. After not hearing back from him, I called again. He said he could start earlier than planned on that coming Wednesday . He no showed and I haven't heard from him since. I would not recommend Genesis Landscape.

We met with Adam Carter several weeks ago to get a quote on landscaping for our front and back yard. We also did additional quotes to compare. We decided to move forward with Adam and declined our other offers. We notified Adam and he said he would contact us in a few weeks to set a date to start. We advised him we had a deadline since we had an important party coming up. This was over 6 weeks in advance. After 2-3 weeks, we had not heard from Adam, therefore we called him. My husband attempted to call him every day for a week and a half and he did not return our calls. Less than 3 weeks out from our deadline, we called from a different number, now assuming he was screening our calls. Adam answered and he was confronted about not returning calls. He stuttered over his words, made excuses, and then apologized, said he still had enough time to complete the work before the deadline, and would call my husband back to set up an official date and discuss details (at this point we were in a position of not getting our backyard done in time, as we needed to start the whole process over and had less than 3 weeks). Of course, Adam did not call my husband that day or the next. Both my husband and I attempted to call him again, and he screened our calls. I wish I could write a negative review in multiple areas, but unfortunately this is the only platform in which I am able do. Please, never do business with Adam or this company. I am appalled at their customer service and disrespect to us and our time.
