We have been in the process of renovating 2 bathrooms. We have used Genesis Plumbing once or twice in the past and were pleased. However, on our recent renovation, he QUIT the job mid-way through - leaving us in a bind to hire and get on another's schedule. In 30 years of renovating and dealing with contractor's we have NEVER had this happen. It is unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. Our contractor wanted us to use him and I would AVOID if possible. There are too many good, decent, hard working and respectable plumber's out there.
