I would not recommend using them for your project. My experience has not been good in terms of responsiveness on shop submittals as well as production of construction documents for timely DOB submittal for permits. The team which I worked with, also was not NYC based and really wasn't clear of how the NY DOB and local jurisdictions worked (i.e. informed about how permit curfews were placed on evening construction work due to the close proximity of nearby residences) this greatly impacted my overall construction schedule.
