So Far so good!! Tim and Shawn were both professional! My order was specific and they met all the request. The Install was neat and done in a timely manner. The quality superseded my expectations and with a lifetime warranty. I got 7 windows done with different sizes in my 1950's home. I got the 3 1/2 blade and choose the basswood in white with 1/3 of the way up separate tilt bars for partial openings. For my windows I received the bull-nose frame. I got 7 estimates some as much as 12,000 dollars!!! several @ 8,000!! My price was under 2500.00!! !! I highly recommend them!!
