Thank you, Joe Velotti, for the beautiful kitchen. Your choice of cabinets and design were exceptional.
I can’t wait to have my master bath and basement done.
Your company has made my home a home. -

I've used this company on more than one occasion and will absolutely use them again when needed. They've tiled a floor and built an incredible cover to hide some ugly plumbing that the original builder left exposed. They're currently remodeling two of my bathrooms. Joe's pricing is fair and he is understanding of his clients requests. His workers treat your house as if were their own. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with their work. They take pride in the work that they do.

Don’t trust this company or the “owner” Joe Velotti. I contracted Gentle Touch Home Remodeling in July 2017 to frame out an outdoor recreation addition; in short, the owner took my deposit and never did any work; never returned my family’s deposit. I am in the process of two lawsuits against this company and theft charges have been filed in my town against the owner.
Response from Gentle Touch Home Remodeling LLC November 24, 2017Please contact us VIA email so we can follow up on this [email protected] . Unless this is John Passuth. Because your deposit was returned. -

Joe Velotti is hands down A+ with everything he does, from start to finish. He has worked on my personal property and at my grandmothers house. I highly recommend Joe to all my friends and family. Thanks Joe!!

Love our new bathroom. So easy to work with and will use again. Their suggestion of frameless glass shower doors was what makes our bathroom standout from others.

Beware of this lying, cheating company (Gentle Touch Remodeling specifically Joe Velotti). He contracted work to be done in my home and took a large down payment with the balance due upon completion of the job. We began this project in February 2017 with the understanding that it would take 30 days to complete. We are now half into May 2017, 4 months into the contract and the work isn't even 15% completed. This contractor hasn't returned to our project in 3 weeks. He will not return our calls nor will he return our text messages. He has no respect for his clients. he took our money and walked off the job without completing the job, (less than 15% completed). He absconded with our money and will not communicate his intentions to us. He obviously does not intend to return the unused portion of our down payment nor does he intend to finish the job. In 3 weeks we are hosting an event in our house and the work is not finished and the house has been literally turned upside down. We now have to change the venue for our event.
If you are considering using this company I would seriously reconsider that decision. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! -

I hired Joe (the owner) to finish my basement after getting good recommendations from my community board on Facebook. The project started out good with no hiccups. Once the permits started to take place things slowed up. I knew that would happen, waiting on the town can be frustrating. But you would think he would come back during the down time and do odd jobs like close up or replace water valve lines. Move electrical wiring so it would be easier once the walls are ready for paint. NOPE. He would come once or twice a week for half days doing half ass work.
Once everything passed, it started to pick up again. Once the walls were ready for paint the painter came and noticed a giant hole in the corner of the wall. One of his men damaged the wall and never reported it to be fixed. My painter had to come back twice. Once to finish the damage wall and a second time to paint the doors because he kept ok forgetting to pick the doors up even though I would remind him every week.
Once everything was painted he had no regard to be careful of the finished walls. Scratches, cuts, dents, and smudges. I had to touch everything up. Couldn't wait on him to do it.
When it came to the drop ceiling he had no idea how to do it. Nixs and cuts are in a lot of tiles because he didn't leave himself the adequate amount of space to slide the tiles in. Drilled the wrong holes for my cabinet handles. Says he is replacing the door. Still waiting
And he calls himself a contractor.
Left my house a mess with foot prints all.over the 1st floor. No regard for putting drop cloths down. Left garbage all over the basement. And cigarette butts all over my front yard when there is a dumpster right on the street to throw them in.
Finally everything was finished but I needed a banister for inspection. I got the banister. Texting him for 2 months now about when will he come and install it so I can pass the building permit. No response!!!
