Poor communication, poor follow through. Status of your project, who will be onsite, what day, nothing. Management of project very poor. I couldn't wait to get them out of my home. Still fixing things that were done poorly. Use at your own risk. You've been warned. Best of all, no communication during project of cost over runs!! Blindsided at the end of the project. I can't say what I really think, I would get sued. I will now do all my remodels my self.

We have had nothing but problems with this contractor. Gentry Estates and Clint Schuler.
Plans were not followed.
Mistakes were made.
Little communication between contractor and sub-contactors.
The only time we would hear from Clint was when we made complains about the the mistakes being made the progress of the job and the lack of communication.
One thing you could count on was the invoice being sent and a request for a payment shortly after.
We held back a payment because Clint was not responding to some of our concerns. His response in one of our emails was that there was no pleasing either my wife or myself. We just wanted what were were paying for.
There was no follow up from one sub-contractor to the other. My wife and I pointed out some of the mistakes because of a lack of supervisor on the job site.
Clint likes to make threats, over bill, give excuses as well as insults.
Our final bill was to include credits, he applied some of the credits and subtracted them from a factices change order. The change order did not have any approval from me or Gentry Estates. The change order was for improvements to a garage that was already covered in the original scope of work. So he expects my wife and I to pay for it twice.
You can Google Clint Schuler and Gentry Estates to see what kind of business practice they have. Here is one I discovered when Clint Schuler was filling a Mechanic Lien on my house stating he was going to foreclose on my house.

Carport converted into garage. From the start of the project to the day they were fired, nothing was done right. Foundation poured incorrectly, had to be tore up and redone, blamed subcontractor and plans. Framing done indirectly, blamed subcontractor and plans. Door in wrong spot, windows in wrong spots, blamed plans. Plans were all correct and measurements verified to be true. After the owner got aggressively in my face with homophobic remarks and refusing to follow the plans, they were fired. Electrical had to be redone as it was not up to code. They sent falsified invoices and charged for an over filled dumpster that they used for other projects. They billed me for material they used for other projects. Never returned any of the money I paid up front that they didn’t have invoices for. By far the rudest, arrogant, racist business owner I’ve ever dealt with. The positive reviews you will see are written by his daughter that works for him.
