Our house exterior really needed major renovation - pealing paint, deteriorating wood trim, dry-rot, cracked and chalky stucco. One painter-company even refused to bid the job. I did get 3 bids and Mario not only was really enthusiastic to do the job, he spotted things he said his Genuine Coatings group could repair, renovate, and paint that I didn't even see that were bad because I lived with things so long. Other paint-companies gave half-hearted quotes with no real comments. Mario's bid was the most detailed, most thorough, and remarkably - the most reasonable. Mario was and stayed enthusiastic about making our house's exterior fresh, clean, and new again. His team started up right away, were so nice to work with every day, and we're really professional. Even my neighbors commented on their seeing Marios' team coming on time every day, sticking with their schedule, and doing the extensive prep-work that was so needed. We were all impressed with the skill and professionalism as things progressed.
We were exceedingly impressed with the completed job. We and all the neighbors continued to exclaim how nice everything turned out. Even our annual termite inspector most recently told us that he can tell when a house is prepared, repaired, and painted correctly - and he said this was a really excellent job.

His crew were always very professional, on time, and courteous. Both jobs were completed ahead of time and any touchups that were needed were taken care of right away by Mario. Mario walked the job with me and provided a prompt estimate for the work I wanted to be completed. He also provided some ideas to enhance the job. I took him up on the offer and was able to save a lot of money by doing it all at once. My garage door and side gate were well prepped and painted, and the wall surrounding my courtyard was painted to match the color of my home. I cannot say enough good things about Genuine Coatings, Inc. They painted the entire exterior of my house and garage using the Cool Life paint. The team was punctual, respectful, and very hardworking. Mario, the owner, was very attentive to my requests and the workers were detailed and did a marvelous job painting and cleaning up. They finished the job in a timely manner as well. I especially liked the fact that I felt comfortable enough to make progress reports to the owner and workers.
