Please be very cautious if you consider using this company. I contracted with them to furnish and install (11) 15 ga trees and shrubs. I had problems with (5) of them.
I walked the job with them and sent them an email with the specifics of each plant. The work was done in the late fall so no trees had flowers and (2) or the (11) weren't available until early spring.
When the two missing trees were planted I compared them to trees I had seen at Green Acres Nursery. They were much thinner and smaller than what I could have gotten there. I emailed them as said I wasn't happy with the specimens I received and they said that "it was the best they could do".
In the spring the red crepe myrtle I ordered was actually purple and the
(2) dogwood shrubs I ordered with pink flowers had no flowers. They said the crepe was a nursery error and offered to replace it with a specimen that wasn't even close to as nice as what I had. I said it was unacceptable and they said "it was the best they could do". I told them the dogwoods had no pink flowers and one looked like it was dying, the only one of the (11) I was maintaining. They said dogwood shrubs aren't available in this area with pink flowers (they didn't bother to tell me that) and that I actually ordered a dogwood with pink bark. Dogwoods are known for their beautiful spring flowers and I reminded them the pink flowers were discussed at the job walk and noted in my email. They insisted that that was NOT what I meant and they said they ordered "Pink Twig Dogwoods". There is no such plant!! What they supplied were "Red Twig Dogwoods".
If you want good customer service and a company that will correct ALLl the mistakes they make you should look for another company. I'm taking these guys to small claims court to pay for the corrections I need to make for them. Their price make look good. but you may pay a lot more to get what you actually asked for.
