Several years ago I paid this outfit for a geothermal system, about $18,000. I couldn't afford new ductwork then so hired Nick Mitchell to come back and do that in October 2020. He was hours late one day and didn't come at all the next. He looked like hell warmed over. The next day I had to leave the house while supposedly he finished the job. This was during the pandemic in October when there was no vaccine. I came home to a freezing house, no heat, no text, call or message. Two days later I got a decent company to make an emergency call in the dark and they discovered Nick had INTENTIONALLY cut electrical wires in both the furnace and the heat pump!!! He destroyed the heating system of an older woman during the pandemic! I have been on emergency bypass heat and zero AC for nearly two years! I passed out during a 104 degree day last year. Get a lawyer if you have any remote idea of hiring this outfit. We're talking elder abuse and criminal behavior ... to a former client!!!
