We are on the 10th week trying to get finished on a house rehab and get it on the market. Unfortunately Maggie the daughter is going through a divorce and had to leave town for a while and then I think she broke her leg and wasn't able to work so her Dad George took over. George was supposed to work on it Friday a week ago but after we left the house -- he did too. He was to work and finish up over the weekend but he just sent Maggie over to pick up the check we left in the house for $1,800. We tried calling and texting through the week without an answer and finally he sent a text saying he needed another thousand dollars (that wasn't in the quote) and to stop pushing him. Not good.
