We provided an estimate that was approved by YOU before any work was to even be performed. If you thought the rates were too high, you could have denied the service. We provided a FREE estimate, NO charge whatsoever. I think you are upset because we have an all inclusive price in our price book. We hired an outside company to build and provide us with a price book. The tasks built into the price book have the total price of the job with labor, materials and equipment included this way we can offer uniform upfront prices to all of our customers. When this company was building a price book for our company they ask for the costs of all materials, equipment and labor and add this into the appropriate task. Our mark ups on materials are lower than the average for Arizona. You were happy at the time of service, and because I didn't have the time to go into your job and break it down (very busy time of year and I am short-handed in the office) weeks later you decide to give me a poor rating. If you were not happy with the price I do not understand why you chose to use our company to do the install. You could've said no to the estimate and to the install and chose another company. I think you are being very unfair.

Go to another plumber! Their estimate is total cost! Will. Not provide a detail of cost for replacement of parts will not provide cost of labor! After review my total cost was $500 more than reasonable pricing. The person answering the phone will not help! I can not get them to respond by phone or e mail! I believe I ended up buying lunch for their entire 10 employees! Read other reviews before you accept their price! Worst run business I have ever used! I wish I was paid to write this so I could get some of my money back!
