The initial meeting seemed fine. However, this led to a 3 month complete waste of our time and thousands of dollars of our money. Despite being very open to contact and answering questions we were never contacted by the architects outside of the few meetings we had. The plans we were provided were elementary and lacking in nearly every detail. We spent countless hours marking up and making specific notes on their plans and never received any follow up plans reflecting our request. In fact they repeatedly lied to our faces saying plans would be provided. After weeks of no contact, we made a formal request per our agreement that we would see plans in 7 days. They not only failed to provided any plans after the seven days they submitted our zoning plans against our wishes or any approval (the site plans needed edits) in order to check off another milestone on their payment plan. After the seven days we asked for the plans and again had radio silence. Then we requested a refund and simply received a “See you in Court” from George Baker the architect. This was extremely unprofessional and criminal the way they took our checks and provided 0 work to justify the cost. Stay away from this architect at all costs. They make every attempt to collect without ever providing a single plan.

I hired them for 2 jobs in October 2023. I gave them $7000 retainer for one job and $3000 to do engineering for another job. I was given a one page plot plan for zoning that was not stamped. Zoning plans were never submitted to the city of Philadelphia. I was then told they needed another $4000 to meet a milestone that was in the contract and I gave it to them. 6 months later I have no stamped plans for either of the jobs and they are not responding to emails or texts. In total I am out $14000. If anyone else has been ripped off by these guys please contact me at (267) 249-5941. I can also provide Proof of how they ripped me off upon request.
