Avoid Avoid Avoid. Recently purchased a home where he installed the heating/air system and the heat has stopped working. When contacted for repair he first responded he would come by to repair later in the day and when we followed up later in the day to find out his ETA he said he was no longer coming by because it was too far away, out of warranty, and he no longer does servicing. Communication skills and reliability are clearly traits that Mr Kyupelyan does not possess. I'm sure there are better choices out there.
