I bought a new home on Schroer Drive in Murfreesboro built by Deborah. The house is beautiful and she was a pleasure to work with. Four issues to be aware of. The house was advertised at 2,560 SF and is actually @ 2,400. Paint was left for any touch-up items that may be needed. I needed it today. When I opened the paint, the painters had stuffed the paint screen into a half full 5 gallon container of paint. Grout in kitchen not sealed. Caulk in two bathrooms not put down at base of bathtub and showers. So be warned, CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN PURCHACING A HOME FROM DEBORAH. Deborah is very nice and a pleasure to purchase a home from but beware subcontractors work.
