George McMillan

From the very first phone call, George McMillan was nothing other than timely, professional and courteous. I asked George to provide me an estimate on stucco patching and painting and he actually told me to wait another year or so before proceeding and explained all the reasons why. Instead of taking money from me for unnecessary work, he was incredibly honest and told me the truth. Who does that today?!

I did work with George on another project to coat and protect my paver driveway, walkway and courtyard. The job was challenging but through every single step of the process, George was in communication with me and never let me down. George is thorough, he is honest and his customer service is superb.

I will be contacting George when we’re ready to complete the stucco patching and painting of the exterior of our home! I can’t imagine trusting anyone else!

George and his team were through and detailed! They showed up exactly when they said they would and George supervised the painting of our whole 2 story home. He helped me with color choices and even got me samples to try. Such a great experience and just can’t help but want to hire him for other things! Great experience!!

I have reasons to believe a couple of guys are posing as your roofers. The came to my door an told me I needed roof repair. That my shingles were loose and I needed to reseal pipes on the roof. I accepted to work on the roof. The younger one was up and down the roof in half an hour. I payed them $250 for the work.
No shingles were replaced. They gave me a bogus receipt. They were not professionals. We were blessed to have had George and his brother knock on our door to introduce themselves and tell us about their services. Grant it, I do not appreciate door to door sales folks, they always seem to catch you at a bad time and are way too pushy.. George was painting a house on the next block and drove by our much needed painting house. :-) He comes of like a sales person in my opinion, but its just because he is passionate about his work and grandpas business. I was surprised at the unbelievable detail and steps they took to do a job that is second to none. Oh and to not ask for 10% up front was a surprise. All businesses should operate with the integrity and passion that this one does. They also gave us a senior discount and painted a built in barbeque, and fixed a crack in a pony wall a landscaper had built just 6 months before. You will not be disapointed. George was probably kidding when he made that comment to the 70 yr old man. He is a God fearing christian man and I would trust this company anytime

We were referred to George by two of my co workers who had their homes painted by Georges team. The job was done very well and quickly. The team George sent worked non stop for 3 days to make sure our home was painted to our satisfaction. George stopped in periodically to make sure we were happy with the project and asked if there was anything else they could do to make us happy. We will use George and his team again for all of our painting needs!

The job was done quickly and everyone was quite friendly and that same week I highly recommended them to two neighbors. The same day the job was done I told one of the workers about some needed touch-up. Later I noticed several areas that required touch up and told the owner as he was still in the area. He came down and did the touch up areas and walked the perimeter to inspect. Two weeks later my wife came home (She was out of town for t weeks) and noticed several areas that were missed as well as areas of over spray. I called George and told him I was disappointed with the overall quality of the work since he missed several areas during his inspection, that I had to ask him to do in the first. He was quite belligerent with his attitude as I didn't really care if he came back and did more touch ups but just wanted him to know that I was not happy with paying $2200 for paint and roof work. He actually asked me if I wanted to fight him. Seriously, I am 70 years old and live in Sun City West. Tone of voice is as important as what is actually said. So I told him never mind I'll do the touch ups myself but would not recommend him to anybody else. I thanked him and hung up.

The crew did a great job.The whole project took four days. They power washed the home, dug a trench around the foundation and waterproofed it, fixed all the cracks without re-stuccoing, removed all light fixtures, did minor repairs to wood door frames (and even repaired a dent to the garage door), re-caulked all the windows/doors/wall seams, and did not water the paint which I thought was very important. They encouraged you to inspect their work and had no problem going over areas where you were you thought touch up was indicated. They also do roofing repair and concrete patio staining and sealing. They cleaned up all trash...payment was not required until the job was complete and you are satisfied. We highly recommend them.
