    2nd floor enlargement and two new bedrooms and one bathroom

    We talked to several architects and got totally confused about how to get started. Mr. Davis was very patient and explained everything before we hired him. He suggested some changes that saved us a lot of headaches during construction. Our addition came out beautiful, exactly the way he had drawn it for us. Thank you.

    George was recommended by our HVAC company Pat Sementa Heating and Plumbing because he is both an Architect and engineer. He's an older gentleman who seems to have connections in the buildings department but we got hung up with Landmarks Preservation, therefore you might want someone knowledgeable about Landmarks.

    We we're happy with his work if I had one complaint it that he doesn't hold your hand making sure everything is done he more less follows the script that you or other contractors of yours give him. however our boiler passed with the first inspection with the city hope that helps!

He has filed plans for a new furnace / oil burner and redundant oil-fired hot water heater in my 60-family apartment house under a $200,000 contract with the furnace installer and owner (me).
