I’m a Realtor, specializing in distressed homes for investor clients. Since the regional fires in Napa and Sonoma Counties, my non-handy clients, and myself, have had to hire the “leftovers,” because the reputable contractors and handymen were booked well out into the future. I had a project which was very small, but to me very critical in getting completed to put on the market. I offered Mr. Lawrence travel time, and he very kindly helped on his off days, his rate was more than I had paid for the bums I’ve had to hire, but he finished my job 5 times faster, and exceeded my expectations for quality. I can only say I wish I could clone him, and locate one of him closer to my turf, because his professionalism, craftsmanship, and kindness are second to none. I would recommend him to my granny, and anyone who can catch him will do well to hire him.
