I contacted George Winston Plumbing for a serious drain backup in my basement. The plumber on the phone walked me through the process of checking all of the clean outs making sure there were no obstructions. Explained what his fees were going to be in advance. He asked me to call him back within a half hour if his remedies did not work. Using the tools I had and the advice he gave me I saved myself a $250 service call. And he earned himself a customer for life. I will be installing a full heating air conditioning system and won't use anyone else after the wonderful job he did for me today.
