I’m giving this company one star only because zero isn’t an option. My bathroom remodel was a disaster from the start. On the first day, the contractor arrived with three workers who didn’t speak English. They began demolition without shutting off the water, which caused a major leak that soaked the ceiling and floor of my basement. I wasn’t notified until much later, and the contractor was reluctant to address the damage. Shockingly, he even demanded full payment for labor that same day, without mentioning how or when he would fix the mess they had caused.
I was asked to purchase 50 square feet of tile for the shower, and I bought an extra 10 square feet just to be safe. I repeatedly asked if they had enough, but they didn’t inform me they were running short—likely due to wasting material—until the end of the day the tile work was being done. They claimed to need only three more tiles and offered to purchase them, but then bought more than necessary and expected me to cover the extra cost.
On the final day, things got even worse. They poured paint and dirty materials all over my garage door. Because I refused to pay an additional $400 they suddenly demanded to “complete the job,” they deliberately installed the shower door crooked out of spite.
Overall, the workmanship was poor, the communication was awful, and the entire experience was unprofessional. I strongly advise against hiring this company.
