    I am currently renting from him. I haven't been in the house a full month and me and my daughter discovered it's infested with mice. Me and my daughter both have been getting sick and also realized there is mold in the bathroom and both bedroom closets. I reached out to him via text because he will not answer the phone. And he told me it's not his responsibility and to get sticky traps and put peanut butter on it. He is the slum of slumlords and I want out.

    I wouldn't rate him 1 star except for the fact that nothing leaks (luckily). He is very lazy in his work ethic. The water lines under the house weren't supported and they look like they were ran by someone who takes absolutely no pride in his work. All old piping and fittings were left for me to clean up, which isn't my main issue, but just shows how lazy this man is in his work.
    I'm going to have to hire someone to fix his mess after I contact the state board in Raleigh. I definitely will not hire this guy again, and if you do, you're doing so at your own risk.
