I waisted over 3 weeks talking to Byan about replacing my sewer line. After he failed to show up several times(three times to be exact) to provide an estimate he rarely answered my calls and would never return texts. I realize he is very busy but a little professional courtesy would have allowed me to hire another contractor much sooner.
