Same experience as above. I paid all but a small amount and have contacted him numerous times to finish the work but no response. I'm completing painting myself but have to hire others to complete other projects left unfinished. Crew is mostly young and inexperienced. If left to work unsupervised not much gets done, they use and destroy the home owners things and leave a mess

Contracted for repairs in October 2021. Repairs have not been completed after 4 months. He was fully paid and continued to say he would complete work but has not. Have emailed and called but he, Gerard Johnson will not respond. Just want what was paid for.

A lot of similarities with the other two reviews. I had a water leak that needed attention that flooded my bathroom and kitchen. Started in September and just now got to where he said they were done. Unfortunately I paid him before I did a walk thru. Projects that were to be done were tear out floor tub and shower paint. I supplied all the materials. To someone that doesn’t know what they are looking for his work looks halfway decent. But only applied one coat of paint. Supposed to be two. Didn’t take receptacles off. Just painted around them. Laid the replacement flooring first and then didn’t cover it while they did Sheetrock repair or paint so now there are spots on brand new flooring. The brand new tile shower isn’t even usable because the lack of waterproofing done along with gaps, scratches and scuffs on the new tile. Along with other things I’m sure I’m missing at the moment. I hate to even review someone bc I’m self employed as well in another business. But I am less than satisfied and now have to pay another contractor to tear out and replace a brand new shower. I wouldn’t recommend him
