Gerard built a bathroom for us back in 2018. what was supposed to take about a month stretched on for 3 months and along the way there were multiple issues that had to be fixed. He had to completely redo the tile because he did it himself and apparently isnt capable in that area because the tile was so uneven you could have stubbed your toe. It was ridiculous. About a yearlater, I gave him a second chance thinking he would want to redeem himself for the horrendous first experience. Although he worked diligently and efficiently on reshingling and painting our house, the pain began to peel off in multiple areas of the house. He said he'd be back to fix it and then it was excuse after excuse. He had his money and at that point, he didn't seem to care or was just on to the next paying job. This was 4 years ago and I have attempted to have him back to fix his work as he promised he would. The only way I could even get him back to the house was to talk about a new project. At that time, I addressed his previous work and how he never came back to fix it. He agreed he should and said he would schedule something soon. That was a few months ago and he has stopped to responding to any texts nor phone calls. My only recourse now is to sue him and that is what I intend to do. Steer clear of Gerard King.
