Noel was extremely easy to work with. No hidden costs. Simple fixes around the house and replacing exterior winter doors. Would refer him to family and friends!

Noel improperly measured, cut, and installed a picture window, tile work, and woodwork at my home. Instead of 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3, he kept pressuring for extra money before work was done. He took over 7 months to complete the medium-size bathroom, despite having all of the fixtures waiting for him at the house. His subcontractor flooded the newly installed bathroom floor (with water pouring into the basement, causing more flooding). Noel fought with his own “plumber” regarding payment and at one point brought his “friend” to help him try to install the sink fixture. Noel’s work was shoddy, his materials were cheap, and he left broken glass and other construction debris such as wood pieces, nails, cement debris. When I asked him about finishing the job (installing a new French sliding door that was in the contract) Noel disappeared. Noel’s actions are those of an extremely dishonest contractor.
