I do not recommend this contractor. He tried to pile on a bunch of fake and phony charges to my bill. He would go for weeks and sometimes a full month with no contact about our project. He does not respond to texts or emails in a timely manner. He knows only a limited amount of subs and therefore it unable to get work done timely when just one person is busy. He cannot multi task and does one thing at a time which makes a simple project take months to complete. He doesn't know current design standards and you will have to manage your own project and buy your own materials if you want anything that is stylish or good for resale. He allowed my electrical box to be installed in an area that was not to code and then caused me months of delay with Edison due to his incompetence. His wife Rhonda is very very rude and simultaneously knows nothing about the construction industry. She will call you "sweetie" if you question anything but yet will later be corrected by Gerardo her husband. They do not send bills regularly and make it difficult if not impossible to budget for your project. Finally, they don't follow their own contract and refuse to behave professionally. They requested that I pay a $20,000 advance in violation of California law. Since our last payment to him there are still some things that he has not finished, but he has stopped responding to our calls/texts. STAY AWAY
