Buyer beware. I am only presenting facts and to warn about this contractor
I am presenting only facts. We gave Geraldo $1600 to put up a fence. It has been raining so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. On Monday, April 26 2021 this is the text we received:
Good morning, with 3 days of rain showing and windy today, do you all still want us to come to install. If the fence leans due to wind or concrete washing away. There is no warranty. Let me know, please
Thursday, June 24 2021 he told us he would send it by Zell on Monday.
On Wednesday I call and his phone went to voicemail. I texted Good evening........We are still waiting on the money
Tonight at 830 I text
So you just going to avoid us and not give the money back for a job that was not done?
It is obvious that he does not have any plans to refund our money for work not performed
