I called Germaine 7 or 8 months ago to get a bid on installing a Generac whole house generator. Someone from the company came out and looked at our electric panel and took pictures of what was needed to install the generator. The representative informed us that we also needed a new electrical panel. He informed us that we should be getting an estimate within a week or two. After 2 weeks, I called Germaine and they said that they will get the bid to us within a week. For about 2 months I called every week and they kept promising me that they will send the bid. Then I started calling once a month on the status of the bid. They kept insuring me that it will be mailed within a week. Needless to say, I still have not heard from them nor received a bid. Very, very disappointed with this company and I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.
