I was really disappointed by the job Gerow did to replace a small section of irrigation pipe in my yard. I paid over $1300 to have them trench approximately 40 feet of pipe. They connected the pipe and basically spread some dirt on top. The pipe should be at least six to eight inches down to avoid freeze. I asked them to fix it and they came back and spent less than 30 mins putting more dirt on top. We also asked them to cap a sprinkler head and I was dumb enough not to ask for an estimate. They charged me $400 for less than 1 hour of work. I asked the worker how long it took him and he said 1 hour. I asked him if he charged out $200 hour (2 people) and he said "yes". What a joke.

Gerow Enterprises was recommended by my neighbor, so I contracted with them to renovate my 25 year old irrigation system. They did a wonderful job and promptly came back to make minor adjustments before leaving for a few days vacation. Will definitely use them again.
They will now be the irrigation company I use to turn the system on and off. -

If there were less than stars I would give them a minus. They did some work on my arrogation system and never put on caps. We had leaking and flooding under a brand new paver patio. They came out to repair the leak and never repaired the pavers which they had promised to do. They also never completed the balance of the contract at work. Stay away from this company! Bad business

I also second the first review. He cuts corners and a lot of them. Sloppy work. Just hasn’t been the same since he had those two guys working for him.

I would steer far away from Gerow. He lacks the professional skill and motivation. He takes way too many shortcuts.

Craig is so knowledgeable about anything and everything irrigation! He installed a system for us in the summer of 2022, has maintained it perfectly, and even came out in a timely manner to winterize. I would recommend them to anyone looking for irrigation work. They also completed a french drain for my neighbors and from what I hear they couldn't be happier. Funny enough I know that one of Craig's ex employees is named Wayne H. and I can almost guarantee he left the bad review because he was let go for his poor work!
