I hired GES Excavating and Landscaping to tear down 3 buildings on my property. The job was left half done. It was my fault for paying when the job was not completed. But he put in writing that he was coming back to finish the job and I was stupid enough to believe it. We were left with a large area of broken up concrete that I was told would be hauled away and no one ever came back to finish the job. Now I'm left with a safety hazard to deal with after already paying them $3,700. I can't even let my children play in the yard for fear of them getting hurt on one of the huge nails that are sticking up out of the concrete. I never thought I would be one of those people to get taken by a contractor. I trusted these guys. BIG MISTAKE!

Deceived me with low price in beginning, then asked more than agreed.
Took two job (lot clearing and septic installation). Two contracts are signed. My mistake paid his for 1st contract before he finished his job. Then disappeared and never showed up for second job. 1 job was left without finishing it. Defiantly will take to the court. During first project(clearing lot) always was behind a time, never was able keep the word. Was taking other jobs on the side in middle of project. Not reliable person. Big liar.
