I have signed a solar roof contract with Get Solarize through sales agent Ayrton Martians from Go radiant on 01/18/2022 to install a Tesla 400H panel. During installation in the month of July, Get Solarize tried to install a different model of Tesla panels with non-certified workers and ended up damaging my roof. My roof was damaged including plywood that was full of holes. When I complained to them that I am not ok with them installing different model panels and wanting what is in the contract they responded by canceling my contract. Then threatened me by saying- they will put a lien on my house without finishing anything if they couldn't collect all the materials. When asked about repairing the damage that was done to my roof, I was told they would only fix it if I signed a new contract to install solar panels and had to pay a $5,000 deposit. I gave Get Solarize a check for $5,000 which was cashed. Now they are avoiding me and not responding to any communications. It seems they have taken my money and ran off. I would like to get my $5,000 deposit back. Once more, he threatens me, saying he won't refund my money and won't install any solar panels. Now he is saying that I don't have what I have signed in the contract. Please help me.
