Tom Gettys did the same thing to myself & my mother 2 years ago. He wanted paid up front, which we did, then avoided calls because he did not show up. 3 months later after telling him I was going to the police, he cussed at me & took pics of 100 dollar bills while I was at work to pay us back (said he took pics of the money in case I tried to rip him off!!!) & left them in an envelope under his door for me to pick up. I guess I was lucky to get the money or he would have been arrested 2 years ago. I hope the housing authority sees all this ...
