    The builder was highly qualified and as he does a homeowner builder program we were in charge of all the payments wich allowed us to control the whole project and the flexibility to truly customize our new home build and keep costs down

    Working with Gezovich Builders was one of the worst experiences that we have to experience. They were building our home and the project was way over-budgeted and at the end of a projected 6 month construction time frame, the project was less than half complete. We needed-up having to find another builder.
    Stay away from this builder.
