Had my business done by this guy and HE IS Lazy, slow, breaking the promises on time line for multiple times. Once he signs the contract and gets paid than seems like he doesn’t give a crap about the rest. His words are not trustworthy and hope no one goes through the same.

It was not pleasant. We inherited the system when we purchased the building. We were not told by previous owner of the system or who monitored it. It has gone downhill from there. Scare tactics used to try to keep us, very unprofessional. When we had an emergency, alarm blaring, told they were with another client and they would get to us. But the worst was the showing up and speaking about us with our new monitoring company, in our parking lot. Speaking in Spanish, not realizing that we speak Spanish. I would not recommend them.
