  We had this company level our house about a year ago and they did not do a good job. They were
  to replace joists and put new beams but left areas where there should have been bracing with nothing. Did not replace old beams and used old bricks. We had a contractor come in and do some work and none of us could believe what they did. The pictures show how they didn’t replace a rotted beam and left it barely sitting on a brick and piece of wood. I do not recommend using these people for any kind of work. We paid them over $6k to do the work properly and obviously they did what they wanted to do and it is a horrible work ethic.FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DO THE JOB PROPERLY.

  In 2015,We use GFR foundation repair to have all of the pillars under our house replaced all the way to bedrock. Which they did and they did a good job. Of course that quite an expense. The first year or two they were very good about coming back out to check when I asked to make sure the foundation was good. We were told when we went through them that they had a "lifetime transferable warranty " which was "guaranteed." They "supposedly" guarantee their work and would fix any issues that should arise. They should they were certainly expensive enough! They were nice in the beginning. However wait a year or two. They then will NOT return your calls or text messages. I have called, written notes, text message, without any or very little response. I have even talked to the owner of the company most of the time! We have asked for a copy of the "guarantee transferable lifetime warranty" so many times I can't even remember! They always say we'll get it mailed right out we promise! That NEVER has happened, EVER!!! Oh they will schedule you and tell you they will be out at 6 p.m. or the owner Johnny" promises he will be there and to not get after him because they have been so very busy, yeah right! Johnny always promises to get right back to your text messages and that he will be there that afternoon or the next day and get you taken care of. Of course NOTHING EVER happens! I don't know what we're going to do. I'm sure we will start legal action soon if they do not respond to our messages, letters, and text messages. This is beyond ridiculous!! People please whatever you do DO NOT USE their service! You will NEVER get service beyond the first year! Also unless you demand that "Lifetime Time Warnentee Guarenteed Transferable" when work is done, you will NEVER SEE IT!!! This should not be like this. Whatever happened to honor, and integrity when doing things? They certainly let us know how horrible the other company we used prior to them who was and servicing us. At least the of the company would answer our calls anytime, come out when they were scheduled and fix things. An additional note is my husband and I are both Disabled Senior Citizens. It is wrong to take advantage of anyone! It is especially wrong to take advantage of Senior Citizens! I wish you all luck don't use this company. Please pray for us that we can get this situation resolved. Our house is due to go into escrow and we have to have that warranty in writing.!! Also check your paperwork because even though they tell you that, it doesn't seem to appear on the paperwork, just what they show you at the time of the estimate.
