I hired GG Mechanical to install the a/c in our new house. After we had an inspection a few months later, the inspector noted a bunch of issues. The a/c unit was not installed level, the circulation fan is very loud and they installed it too close to the living area rather than the garage, and they didn't bother balancing the system. Due to the balance issue, the third floor is a least 10-15 degrees warmer than the bottom two floors. We have emailed them, called them and texted them and gotten no response.
