By Leo M.December 4, 2017Complete rehab
Hired Johnny Gordon to do a complete rehab on our property in 2/17. 11/17 and he has abandoned the job site, and contract. Took at least $50,000 dollars from us but provided no service. Will not return calls, texts. or emails. Constant excuses about why he couldn't work. He gets all the money he can, then runs away. Removed all cooper from the house without our knowledge. Not only did he abandon the job, but he did major damage to the property before he left. Destroyed the water main, beautiful parquet hardwood floors, marble windowsills. He installed windows in the basement that he never sealed, causing major flooding and mold. Basement needs to be redone. He blamed every one of his crew, and us, for all damage. Calls himself a Christian but will never take responsibility for his actions. He did work not authorized by the contract, and then tried to charge us for that work. We are now left with an unlivable house, and no money to continue the project. We believe he writes reviews himself, on other sites, to make himself look good. He used to be on Home Advisor until a few bad reviews. He'll move around to avoid the bad reviews. He also fixed my roof, different house, which cost me a fortune because it leaked the very first day it rained. Never gave me the 10 year guarantee he promised, not that I would ever let him touch anything in my house again. If you value your money, time, life, do not hire this man.

I had John do my sewer main project at my property, he was great ! Very professional, did the job in 2 days and cleaned up beautifully. He had to re route my sewer because of a tree that was the inital problem. Closed off the street and tapped into the sewer in a new spot. Everything was done professional I can not be more redundant. He also did about 20 side walk blocks and my aperian on my driveway. It is finished beautiful. Would definitely recommend.. read the review of this Leo I asked John about that he said that they wanted extra work done that wasn't on contract and they wouldn't continue payment and ran out of money. so there's always 2 sides of a story. He was awesome for me
Thanks again John !
