    We recently hired REDNIC CONSTRUCTION for a major remodel to our business office and warehouse in Walnut Creek, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, the general contractor and site lead were incredibly honest and transparent about the entire process, how long it would take, and where it was worthwhile to cut costs and where it wasn't. Greg's expertise and pricing really earned our trust as he helped us make many important decisions.

    The project stayed on schedule, and the team was always on-site when they said they would be. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.

    Most importantly, the price for the quality of work was unbeatable. We got multiple bids before starting our project, and Greg's team offered the best balance of affordability and quality. The rough materials they used (set in your fixed costs for bathrooms, square footage, etc.) were high-end, and the attention to detail in the finishes exceeded our expectations. Given the level of service, communication, and end result, we feel like we got an incredible deal.
