We were very pleased with Tony. He was professional, made suggestions, and gave us a fair price. We were pleased with our choice. We had asked for a permit, which we were told would take 3 to 6 weeks. We understood and waited patiently. As I never heard back, I called 2 times but never received a response. We are very disappointed and puzzled as to the lack of the communication. A phone call would have sufficed.
